CEO and Sr. Consultant
Sandy King
Sandy King brings 13 years’ experience in Operations and IT management and 24 years of Consulting in Process Development, Systems Analysis & Project management. She specializes in strategic alignment of business processes and systems. Her focus is in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and related applications such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Total Quality Management (TQM) and Business Intelligence (BI). Sandy has hands-on experience in managing process integration between functional roles and departments. Sandy also has experience in implementation of support applications such as Barcoding, EDI and CAD. She has directed 88 ERP implementations with a variety of ERP systems such as MS Dynamics, MS Dynamics D365 F&SC, various Infor solutions, SAP B1, NetSuite, Epicor and many others. She has completed many system selection projects and has aligned them with “change management” toward the adoption of process & systems optimization. Sandy supports the client by representing their interests in working with software vendors and she is not affiliated with any software company. Sandy chooses to remain software agnostic, thus able to find the “best fit” solution for her clients.
Sandy has assisted many companies in their application system selection process by identifying requirements through process analysis and documentation of business requirements specifically for submission to application solution providers. This focus on business processes has shown itself to be instrumental in facilitating implementation strategy and overall success. One project in particular successfully implemented their ERP system in 6 sites within 5 months. Sandy has worked with a variety of industries including electronics, equipment (large and small), food, medical device, wood products, chemical manufacturing, plastic injection molding, machine shops, composite manufacturers, wood products, distribution, and service organizations. Sandy has significant experience insuring business systems and processes are configured to support compliance requirements such as AS9100, ISO9001. As an operations manager at a medical device manufacturer, Sandy’s team successfully passed several FDA audits. Sandy is knowledgeable in lean manufacturing, lean accounting principles, Theory of Constraints (TOC) as well as demand planning. Throughout her career in IT and Operations management and in her role as an advisor to many companies, Sandy has participated in streamlining operational and administrative activities. The results of these activities included increased throughput, reduction of cycle times, improvement in inventory management and product quality, increased customer responsiveness and satisfaction, and visibility to key business metrics and trends. Sandy sets herself apart by providing a Best Practices approach tailored to each clients goals and vision.

Consultant and Change Manager
Brittany Pohlreich
Brittany utilizes 15 years of communications experience alongside 6 years of Process Analysis and Development experience with an emphasis on Systems alignment to support business strategies. She specializes in professional documentation and project communication, including producing and implementing training documentation, writing and managing RFP’s, and grant writing. Her experience in systems selection ranges from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to Human Resource Management (HRM). She shines in her ability to acutely measure the needs of the client in order to best manage system and vendor selection with an unbiased approach focused on the client’s requirements. Doing so involves her hands-on approach in understanding a client’s business processes and information flows.

Brittany has managed both large- and small-scale projects for the last 5 years. Her project teams have ranged anywhere from 5 to 30 people. She utilizes her coordination experience to bring teams together and keep members on the same page thus allowing for parallel work streams and more rapid results. She maintains detailed and accurate project tracking tools which promote accountability and produce high level reporting for executive teams. Brittany makes use of an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Share Point, Excel, Power Point, and Word to organize, manage, track, and present all elements of a project. Her use of many of these applications also results in professional and appealing training documentation.

Brittany possesses a degree in Psychology with an emphasis on organizational Psych and a certification in ProSci Change Management methodology. She recognizes the people side of each project and is able to coordinate across a wide variety of personalities, corporate cultures, and department dynamics. She brings a measured, structured, and reportable approach to Change Management that helps projects succeed long past Go-Live. Brittany excels in conflict resolution and keeping a project on track, and she has been instrumental in turning projects from failure to on-time completion. Her complex background offers communications insight and the flexibility to address each client according to their specific culture and needs. It is her solutions oriented drive for excellence and ability to bring teams back to the path forward that sets Brittany apart.
